ABOUT ME

Registered Psychologist

I am a qualified  Counselling Psychologist in East London, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Fort Hare.

I work with all people, from all walks of life; including children, adolescents and adults. I offer a wide range of individual therapy, pre-/ post-natal counselling, and grief and trauma counselling. My work is predominantly informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I work integratively, meaning I use various techniques from different kinds of therapy to fit the client's individual needs. 

I also offer a wide variety of assessment services (cognitive, scholastic and career assessments).
